Swallow Cliff trail run - Palos, IL

Thursday, June 12, 2008 We ran at the Swallow Cliff forest preserve today. There is a nice
crushed gravel path that winds through the whole preserve area. Near
the end, the path went up the stairs where the toboggan slides used to
be. The trail was dry for the most part but the humidity was killing
me!

I have enjoyed reading your page and all your experiences. Just ran the steps and trails at Swallow Cliff. I am new to Chicago and actually live in the Neillsville WI area in which you ran one day on your trip for.
